This was my first time there and will 100% be my last! I eat out 4-5 days a week and have never have an experience like this! I won’t get into what she looked like but she waddled outside rather quickly while screaming profanities at the top of her lungs while I was driving away! This was absolutely crazy! I would have to guess she’s on some type of drugs by the way she was acting or just acting out in front of the other co workers or something like a prank or a joke… I’m telling you I’ve never experienced anything like this... read more

I left this Captain D’s very disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the employees showed no hospitality — no greeting, no smile, and not even basic eye contact. It made me feel unwelcome, as if my presence was a burden rather than appreciated. The lack of customer service continued throughout my visit. When it came time to leave, I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to ask for a bag. Instead, I had to wrap my food in paper towels to take it home.
