At our Covington, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

I arrived on Sunday around 12:15 to grab a quick bite and after going inside I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. She notified me and the others that there were only 2 people working and ask for us to be patient. The two ladies, one cooking and the other one working the drive thru, taking orders inside and serving inside were polite, kind and did a wonderful job. Food was amazing. They don't give a military discount, but the do give a senior discount on regularly priced meals only.
Great service and good food. The staff when I got during lunch are always a pleasure to deal with
