At our Belleville, IL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

I went there last week me and my family food came out 30 minutes late I knew they were short staff but my food was horrible I asked for a baked potato loaded I only got sour cream and butter my fish with over cooked.. My daughter chicken was extra hard... I understand they were stressed out and short staff but the food shouldn't have been like that
Me and my friend went to Captain D’s for lunch and we have been waiting close to an hour and the staff had an attitude when asked how long will our order will take
I went to captain d's a Sunday for some jambalaya and I asked for a large, when I got home they gave me the smallest bowl of jambalaya and it was over $8 for 2 spoonfuls. I USE to LOVE me some Captain D's NOT anymore the food 'IS NOT', worth what they charge and they DON'T give you your monies worth, the food is always luke warm, soda's are 'WATERED' down. I'm fed up with these "LOUSY", restaurants and their employees they DON'T give a damn how they prepare your food. LOST MY BUSINESS, BYE.
