I wanna chalk it up to a bad day BUT cold fries, cold fish, and no cheese make me an unhappy customer. The drive thru lady was great. She even recovered from only given me half my food BUT if I would've known the quality was going to be this bad I would've taken my business elsewhere....common Captain D's! It was only 2 cars in the drive thru! And not too mention I can't even call cause no one will answer the phone!
Now I completely understand why this place has such a low rating and honestly, it’s deserved. From the moment I walked in, the experience went downhill. The line inside was barely moving, and what should’ve been a quick stop turned into almost a 30-minute wait just to place an order. I watched multiple people get frustrated and leave because the wait was ridiculous for the amount of customers inside.
