2 customers sitting inside restaurant so they r not slammed busy inside. Im still sitting in drive through 25 minutes now. I should have known better. This place is always so slow. Ive moved 3 car spaces in this length of time and one space is because one car drive off. One car took almost 15 min to move up and the other car moved about 5 min after I pulled in. I’ve been coming to Captain D’s on and off for years, and I don’t know what changed, but the fish just isn’t the same anymore. It used to have that light, crispy coating and a clean, flaky texture inside. Lately, it tastes different—almost like the recipe or the oil has changed. The flavor is a little off, and the texture feels heavier than it used to. The staff was polite enough and the place looked reasonably clean, so I’m giving it two stars instead of one. I ordered a two piece fish and fries and got wayyyy more crumbs than anything on the plate. The fries were cold and not edible. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU GET FOOD POISONING AFTER WAITING 20 mins!!!!
It was fast and friendly atmosphere
The food was pretty good just the service is really slow
