I visited the Covington Pike location today and had a very frustrating experience with both my order and the customer service. While placing my order, I was rushed. The cashier kept saying “I got it” before I could fully finish explaining my order. I clearly ordered two Captain Combos and one kid’s meal. After receiving my receipt and food, I realized I was not rung up for combos at all. Instead, I was charged for “Fish & Side” items separately, along with additional charges for sides and a drink.
