At our Memphis, TN location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Food was decent...employes were pleasent...only 1 small complaint. They had my "to go" order tied up in knots...so i couldn't check my order without ripping the handles on the bag...the only thing missing was cocktail sauce (which i could have seen could have looked in the bag...overall good experience
The lobby was STANK, had missing items from my order, food was ice cold
Place to order in drive-thru the cashier was rushing and wouldn't explain what exactly came in the meals. As we just pulling off we checked our food and fish was not cooked completely went back in and the manager exchange for fresh food she was very polite
