My company paid $5000 for a month rental and this company thought it was a good idea to assign me parking space that was next to a wall and another car. When my rental car was inevitably scratched up they magically found another parking space.

Having stayed in Hawaii annually for 15+ years in many units managed by a number of property management companies, I have to say captain Cook resorts has never failed us, in fact when the world was shutting down for COVID they proactively reached out to us to see what we wanted to do as we couldn't get to Hawaii as everyone was banned. For that trip, the only company that exceeded expectations was captain Cook, the airline response was substandard...

Waikiki Sunset Building....I would love to give them a five stars however our unit number 1211 looked very dated and mismatched furniture definitely could use a refresh. The bathroom is dark and dingy and I did not like the water shower pressure.. the bed was comfy enough we have lots of bath towels and face cloths. I really enjoyed the unit having beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for kids. The kitchen had a lot of utensils and stuff but very mismatched and the pots and pans are all scratched. Waikiki Banyan Tower II 2410 Even with the bathroom exhaust fan on 24 hours a day, the drain smell persisted throughout my stay. The bathroom was filthy, the shower head was old, and the bathtub had no plug, so I couldn't fill it with hot water. The furniture in the bathroom was peeling and looked quite different from the photos. The kitchen fixtures were also filthy and old, so I wouldn't cook here. The towels and sheets looked worn and had lint and hair on them. The fake potted plants were extremely dusty, and I coughed an... read more
