Chad is the best. Fast and knowledgable.
I called them Wednesday night and she text me back a few minutes later to ask me how can they help. I told her that my AC is not putting out much cold air. She told me I'll have Chad to stop by tomorrow to take a look at it. She text me the next morning and told me we'll let you know when he's heading your way. I got off work early to go home and he never showed up and didn't bother to call.
I can’t say enough good things about Captain Comfort! They have gone out of their way to make sure our unit is taken care of and my family is safe. During the winter Chad came out and worked into the early morning hours (in freezing temperatures) to get our heat running again before a big storm. Chad was amazing. He came out in the middle of the night and fixed our air.
Very thankful I found them. They were very quick to respond (especially with it being after hours), very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.
