WE ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CAPTAIN COMFORT to anyone looking for an honest & reasonably priced heat & air company. Our realtor set up a repair with them 6 years ago to get a closing done. They were quick & inexpensive. We now realize the good service was due to our realtor setting up the service who does a lot of business in our area. 4/4/26 we called to set up service @ our home. I had an emergency HVAC problem with the cold weather and they came out the same day and fixed it. Animals had chewed through the thermostat wiring. Very professional. I will definitely use them again!
Absolute real deal here. Real quick response time after reaching out to them when my outside unit decided to stop working properly right before a cold front. Chad came out and was very thorough when diagnosing the issue. He corrected it in no time and now, it's working better than before. With his repair, my unit will run more efficient and cost me less on my energy bill. We have used for them years and never have had a bad experience. Chad always takes the time to educate us on the issue and Stacy is always so communicative. A great team and a great company.
I absolutely cannot praise Stacey and Chad and Captain Air enough. I called from Colorado because my parents were having heat issues in Seymour. They came out the same day and were on top of it 100%. My Mother had a Doctor's appointment that day and Stacey even warned her of possible traffic issues because of a funeral. Captain Air is the reason I always support small businesses.
