James was prompt and responds immediately to your call. He is knowledgeable about all AC/Heating systems. He cleaned my mini-split AC unit which many are not familiar with. He is an honest and personable guy. He cleaned everything and put it back the way it was with great care. His pricing is also very reasonable! I highly recommend! Thank you James!! :-)

Woke up in the middle of the night to 85 degrees. Turned out some faulty wiring caused the unit to heat instead of cool. James came out within a few hours of calling him (arrived ahead of time), diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my AC up and running in no time. He explained the issue to me and answered all my questions patiently. The repair cost and service call fee were more than reasonable, and I’m glad it wasn’t a bigger issue. Would highly recommend Captain Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC services.
