This place was TERRIBLE! We arrive around 4. Stand in line. Others start arriving behind us and we notice they are giving their name to a hostess. So we give our name. I tell the hostess we didn't know to give our name. And so we had people behind us above us on the list. She said oh well, which wasn't a big deal. We were the last to give a name. Hi crab lovers! Visted Chris's several times, each time has been different. A few weeks ago enjoyed the day with my husband and daughter; crabs, corn, drinks, sand under feet, nice waitress and good service. The only downer was the crabs were too small. Some of them were even hollow. This happened one other time so not sure if we would go back. The pics of crabs in the reviews is not what we were served. Guess we picked the wrong day.........disappointed!!

We drove down for a half bushel 2 weeks ago. They were great. Will be down for more next weekend. Got there 11 am on a Sunday morning. They were hot. Didn't need ice till we got home. Yummy
I always love coming to this place.. Great crabs, good service, and most of all a good environment.. I'm actually here right now enjoying crabs... I also want to point out how great Kayla is for bringing us hot crabs and being so courteous even though she wasn't even our server... Melissa is my favorite server, and for now on I will probably only request her as she is very attentive and shows excellent customer services!!!!! Thank you guys for the great Job!!!!!!! We wanted to stop in Maryland for some steamed crabs so I found this place on Google. We were driving home from Florida to NY and boy am I glad we decided to stop! This place is awesome !!! The crabs were delicious and the service was amazing. My family and I were amazed on how the workers made everyone feel so welcomed not to mention the speedy service they provided. I already told some of my friends and family about this place! Can't wait to go back!! Excellent , excellent , EXCELLENT !!

We went for Father's Day and even though we had a thirty minute wait, we grabbed some beers and enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle. Our crabs were so delicious and easy to crack. We had the fun of sharing a larger table with a couple of strangers who ended up being great dinner companions. We watched Captain Chris jump into the crowd to help a lady who was overcome by the heat get into her air conditioned car. The servers were excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves!
First time visiting Capt. Chris' and it won't be my last. Unlike all the other AUCE crab places you don't have to wait for "your next order of crabs". Seemed like every couple of minutes someone was walking around with a tub of fresh crabs dishing them out to all the tables. Place was packed and our waitress was excellent, never had to wait for a beer either.
Great crabs, relaxing atmosphere. You can't ask for more!
