Hello! I got my first tattoo from Captain Bret back in the 1990's and I have always loved it. For years, I have wanted to come back and have Captain Bret do another specific tattoo for me. Captain Bret helped me with the image I brought in, to get it to a place where it would actually work as a clean tattoo - my design had some potential "down the road" issues, which Captain Bret helped me to understand. Tattoos by Captain Bret was such a great experience! He was super chill, friendly, funny, and talented! He pays close attention to detail and everything is very clean/sanitary. I highly recommend if you’re in the Newport area!!
