Captain Benders is a great place to hang out and relax. Food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Known the Owner Steve for years and he is a Great guy who knows his Business. Easily one of the best spots for a beer and a Bite in Western Maryland.

Good people, nice local establishment. Really enjoyed the burgers, onion rings, and decor. I'd go back.
Food excellent; service slow and no one was there at the time. I did notice if the bar people knew you, food came right away. I live five minutes from here, but do not see myself going back.
