Incredible haircut, great attention to detail, very reasonable price and the head massage at the end is a nice touch.
I attended Captains for a haircut for my elderly dad, who unfortunately became uncooperative when it was his turn, and we left before receiving a haircut. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, at a busy time of the year. I had some issues with communication regarding a refunded deposit, but this was eventually resolved. I have contacted them several time for a refund for a service not provided. They took a full fee deposit for a booking, but for extraneous reasons no service was provided (haircut was for my elderly dad who became uncooperative before having his haircut, and we had to leave). I sent several SMSs, spoke to them on the phone, and was assured that I would receive a refund. This was never provided, and they have since stopped responding to my contact. Absolutely outstanding experience. The time and attention to detail were next level and never felt rushed. The haircut was spot on, the beard blend was done perfectly, and the head and face massage with a hot towel at the end really set this place apart.
