We have lived at Captain apartments for almost 10 years and when we first moved in ( it was owned by Ben,mayors son back then) it was horrible and I mean.. yikes.. several years ago cda20 took it over and it's changed sooo much here. Maintenance is almost immediate response,they got rid of the loud people, keep the grounds clean and Rachel is really wonderful to interact with,rare to have a manager that is personable and cares about the property.she even tried starting a community garden project but not anyone really interes... read more
Property management makes you feel very welcomed, not just when you're moving in. The neighbors I've talked to are better neighbors than me. Ive never felt sketched out by anyone and ive been here for 7 months. Great price for the location. I like some quirks of the older style such as a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, and the kitchen counter has cabinets above with convenient lighting intalled under the cabinets. Yea horrible place neighbors are horrible and loud all hours of the night plus car was broken into mutable times
IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD OF GAVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO FOR POOR PEOPLE RELATIONS ETHICS AND FOR THE WORST MANAGING OF PROPERTIES IVE EVER WITNESSED. THEY ARE RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR RENTERS . WOULDNT RENT HERE IF I WAS PAID TO. SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DIRT HOLE.🤬😡 NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY WANT. SIMPLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ANYONE TO HAVE TO LIVE THROUGH 100%.
