The owner personally assisted the crew with the installation of our air conditioning system, which demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. The entire team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of our questions. Their pricing was very competitive, and they went above and beyond by following up several days later to ensure our satisfaction and answer any additional inquiries. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the level of service provided.

My review of Captain Air Heating and Cooling is a few months late. These guys are professional and friendly staff. I have replaced one of the units with Willard AC and the other one installed by Captain Air Heating and Cooling. Both 2 stage units. I researched and found that both Trane and American Standard are made by the same company.
