Didnt notify me when they abruptly stopped delivering to my address. Had to frantically have scripts transferred and missed my meds because of it. Not reliable.
Terrible! Don’t waste your time.
So far I have had a terrible experience with capsule. They never get my refill orders in a timely fashion. Something is always missing abd it takes days. On Tuesday my doctors office called in refills for me plus a new Rx. I was there when they called them in. They also called in the sensors for the Freestyle Libre. Lucky I called because they were going to send me diabetic test strips. The sensors arrived on Friday, but the three drugs did not. This typical. I’m going to change services.
