Shipment was sent via FedEx. Medication in the box must be refrigerated. Several of the ice packs were melted. This type of shipment should not be sent through a major service because there's no way to tell how long it has been left to thaw.
From receptionists, techs, pharmacists to delivery personnel , everyone at Capstone has taken care of our needs and been professional and caring.
I received my special medication from this pharmacy and the services from the staff and the nurse is excellent
The representatives are always on top of things and let me know when product will arrive. They answer any questions immediately.
