My Nurse Practitioner, Kevin is nice and thorough. Reception is getting better but during Pandemic, it’s clean and everyone is compliant with the requirements nursing and social worker staff is top knotch

We love the Arley Clinic! The clinic is very clean and we are always greeted with a smile. Marlene and her staff are always super friendly and helpful when it comes to answering any questions we may have about our toddler. They are great with our daughter. I will definitely be recommending Capstone Arley to our friends and family. ❤️

IM PRETTY UPSET WITH CAPSTONE COTTAGE. BC I SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND APPARENTLY DIDNT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION. AND I WAS TURNED AWAY. I WASNT ABLE TO SEE MY PROVIDER. AND ON THE WEBSITE FOR CAPSTONE RURAL HEALTH CENTER IT STATES THAT IF U DONT HAVE UR UPDATE INFORMATION THAT U HAVE 10 DAYS GET THE UPDATED INFORMATION IN OR BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PROVIDER I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE LADY THAT WAS WAITING ON ME. THAT TOLD ME I COULDNT SEE LINDSEY. DIDNT EVEN TRY TO WORK WITH ME OR SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK THEM TO SEE IF I COULD HAVE SEEN MY PROVIDER ND BRING THAT INFORMATION BACK IN.

They have been a lifesaver for me. From just being beat down from paying out of pocket to go to doctor. Then you have been waiting on help for 2 years now. Your whole adult life to the same dotctor. Just to have know one for a doctor. They where recommended by a friend and like I said they have taken care of me well. Thank you Capstone.
