We had a new roof installed with Capstone in December of 2019. Shortly after the installation, we noticed a leak on our master bedroom ceiling and called them to have them check it out. The guy that came out didn't look up in our attic and just went on top of the roof and stated that he put some caulk around the vent. It didn't fix the leak and we called them again a few months later. He came back out and said he would replace a vent on the roofline. Didn't fix the leak. Had the exterior of our home painted, a stair rail painted , and our kitchen cabinets painted. Not sure why the exterior job did not start with a power washing (maybe because of cooler temps in March).We have had two other homes painted and both times started with a power washing. The guys took a bit longer because of weather issues and because of communication issues between the painters, but overall did a decent job. The stair rail came out beautiful.
