Eddie is my property manager and looks after two of my properties. He is highly professional, knows the regulations well, and is someone you can truly trust and rely on. When you leave a job to him, he handles it properly and efficiently. In one instance, a tenant left rubbish behind, and Eddie personally stepped in to clean it up. None of the other agents I’ve worked with have shown that level of responsibility. He is proactive, dependable, and gets issues sorted without drama. I highly recommend him.
