I completely agree with all the other reviews stating that this agency tries to take as much money from tenants as possible. My experience was no different , from unexpected fees to unfair deductions, it felt like they were more focused on maximizing profit than treating tenants fairly. Definitely not a tenant-friendly agency. I would not recommend renting through them. Probably the worst experience I have had in Sydney.
