You should be ashamed. Trying to rent out a property that is in such a horrendous condition should be punishable by law. Never mind asking someone to pay nearly $40 000 per year for it to live in a 5hithole. You should explain to your client (landlord) that owning an investment property comes with obligations and responsibilities.
