Capstone Management came into my community and helped revive it while ensuring a smooth transition process. I have lived at Casa Villas long enough to see the difference between normal management mistakes and what is happening now — this is a pattern of fraudulent billing and deceptive charges. Since signing my July 2025 lease (which clearly states my rent is $1,310 + fixed trash/pest), management has: - Added “month-to-month” fees ($90–100) that do not exist - Billed a $5.98 “rent service fee” not authorized anywhere in my contract. - Ignored credits for overpayment (August I paid $1,369.70 vs. $1,350.82 owed — they still claimed... read more
