I have sent many emails dating back to December 2024 concerning the theft of my tires from one of your properties. Due to an inoperable garage door. Unfortunately, I have not received a response, and I wanted to ensure that my concerns are addressed and not brushed under the rug. We are a past vendor for Casa Hills at Wolf Creek. This property and Capstone Real Estate Regional Juanna Goodwin refuses to pay outstanding invoices. So, liens were filed on the property and personal property of the owner and management company. Still avoiding me. So, this is a message to residents and vendors DO NOT do business with Casa Hills apartments, it will affect you not getting paid or living in conditions that are not live able as people are saying on other reviews on here. Not worth it trust me.

I have made several attempts to make contact with someone in corporate to address many concerns I have living in one of your properties. I was recently a victim of theft on your property! No one in corporate has responded to my call or email! Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I've been living at Casa Hills at Wolf Creek Apartments since February/2024. This has been a Nightmare!!!!.There has been 2 homicides, My apartment is infested with mole and gnats!! When it rain outside it also rain inside my apartment!! I've been complaining since April! The lies the manager Lagayla tells of them waiting on a contractor and send maintenance to spray paint over the mole is unacceptable.
