I know this management company has received a lot of negative reviews, but I have to take a moment to acknowledge Jay for her outstanding professionalism and follow-through. She kept her word and resolved my issue at the apartment complex I reside at by the end of business—within less than 4 hours. Her timely response and commitment truly stood out, and I appreciate the way she handled everything. Thank you, Jay, for your excellent service!
I never received my holding fee back and it’s going on a year now dealing with trying to get this all resolved.
They put over $2k on my credit, they billed me after my lease was up and after I moved out. I have all of the evidence stating I gave my notice. I’ve called their number at least 300 times and left voicemails for at least 20 people. I finally started looking up employees on Facebook and messaging them and got a response from one lady who seemed very helpful, but this is still on my credit and not resolved, and still nobody has gotten back with me. Absolutely ridiculous.
