Less than one star is needed For the PRINCE HALL APARTMENT COMPLEX! Been here since Oct 2022 because of a DV situation. And I feel like that was the worst decision of my life because my mental health is deteriorating as I type this review. These apartments need to be SHUT DOWN. It is unlivable here. No one ever answers a phone...
Our apartments were taken over on October 30th, and unfortunately, one of the worst mistakes they made was firing the lady who used to be in the office. Ever since then, there is hardly anyone present in the office, resulting in no repairs being done and phone calls going unanswered. It has been a month since my apartment has been without heat, despite my efforts of submitting a written report, making phone calls, and sending emails.
