I have a bill that came out of no where for furniture damage on 08/29/2018. I moved out on 07/31/2018. I have been trying to get in contact with someone and no had gotten in contact with me. I am really disappointed in this company. I refuse to pay a cent until I talk to someone and understand what they are talking about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EAGLE FLATTS TO ANYONE TO STAY.! So if I can get a direct number that would be great, other than that . I will not be paying.
They are charging me for the full month of August ($370/$739!) but my daughter can't move in until the 14th - what the h is that? I have a bad feeling about this place that was "researched" my daughter and her mother. Live and learn about one more rip-off.
The absolute worst, only care about making money.
UPDATE - I was messaged with a contact number immediately after complaining about the website. Very responsive - Thank you! I am trying to dispute a charge with these fine people, and I was directed to a website. My options are to pay in full or dispute. Amazingly enough 'An Error Occurred' every time I try to enter my dispute, complete with a robotic voice and cgi spokesperson repeating the same less than helpful instructions.
