BEDBUG RIDDEN HELLSCAPE BEDBUG RIDDEN. My roommates and I suffered numerous bites, blood spotting and stains from having to live with bedbugs while treatment was being conducted after we found them during move in. Very dirty. Poor spotty internet. Extremely high utility overages due to horrible apartment insulation. Management will withhold security deposit. The management office is pretty useless. The apartment itself is fine except that it is kinda pricy for its location (really far from campus). However, the management office can basically do nothing for you but charging you fees. I live on the first floor and mold came out of nowhere in a bathroom that I had never used. (I live in a 2b2b and use the other one because that's where all the shampoos and stuffs are). It was so obvious because there was not a single towel/bottle/whatever in the bathroom. Thank you for the review however we tried to work with you multiple times regarding the water damage in one of the bathrooms. After several inspections it was obvious that you were using the shower without a shower curtain. Since you would not install a curtain and stated that you did not use that shower, we removed the shower head to prevent any further damage. DON'T LIVE AT THIS PLACE!!! a/c units are so freakin loud that you can't even sleep at night. I reported to the office over ten times and they don't do crap about it. Managers don't care about it at all. Don't even think of visiting this place to take a look because a/c units are usually off during daytime and it starts buzzing at night. Can't sleep, can't study at your own room.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. We'll start with the positives. The apartments are nice for CU area. However, all of that is offset by the terrible management. The day I signed my lease the manager acted as if I insulted her mother. You would think they would be happy that someone signed a new lease. I simply brushed it off because I thought maybe she had a bad day. However, in my 6 months here I have yet to have an encounter with her during which she actually smiled.
