Never rent from this company. The previous review said it perfectly- they will take almost every penny of your security deposit and claim it was for "cleaning" and other completely bogus deductions/fees. This company is a scam and should be investigated for theft from renters. Your money is not safe with them, nor is your privacy. Their maintenance crew will come to your home without notice, and when you do request maintenance, you'll be lucky to get anything fixed. Don't even bother with this company. I have now been renting with Centerline Properties for 2 years (living in the same home) and the only nice thing I have to say about it is that the maintenance man Quinton is wonderful - other than that TERRIBLE. & here's why: There are a lot of hidden fees. You need to make sure and get EVERYTHING approved by them, whether youre going to paint your walls to moving in a specific piece of furniture otherwise you will be charged at the end & not recieve youre security deposit back. Even when you do a roommate swap agreement and pay fees; if they don't have a co signer, you'll still be liable. I didn't find this out this nearly 3 months after I moved out and my ex had moved his girlfriend in. I tried numerous times to be removed stating that I had done my requirements. It was never mentioned when we did everything. I had to go to a move out appointment for an apartment that I hadn't been in forever. I'm now having to pay extra fees for cleaning.
