I had capstone refinish my pool five years ago. At the time, Russ owned the company. He was a descent guy. When they did the color wrong, Russ made them fix it. A year in I had a leak. It was under warranty and they sent someone to fix it. It was around the skimmer and they shot in foam to stop the leak. A couple years later. Same problem but getting worse. Couldn’t be happier with Capstone. We had a deep 1960s era pool in need of modernizing. Capstone’s price was competitive, they were responsive, kept their promises, and delivered a fantastic product. I would recommend them to anyone.
It's taken me a year to sit down and write this review. The year before I hired Capstone, (winter of 2022) I had 4 different companies out to give me a quote to do a complete refurbishment of my pool. One company provided a quote and it was way more than my budget. The other 3 never gave me a quote. I figured I would never be able to afford to re-do my pool and thought I might have to just fill it in. But the following year, Jan 2023, I tried again. We can't say enough about Capstone pools. We worked with Travis is a rockstar but everyone on the Capstone team has been wonderful. Shelby answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Our pool turned out exactly the way we wanted it. They were on time (which is rare for the construction business) and very responsive to any changes we wanted to make. I worked with 5 different pool companies and Capstone was my favorite from the get-go!
