I had capstone refinish my pool five years ago. At the time, Russ owned the company. He was a descent guy. When they did the color wrong, Russ made them fix it. A year in I had a leak. It was under warranty and they sent someone to fix it. It was around the skimmer and they shot in foam to stop the leak. A couple years later. Same problem but getting worse. It’s structural and of course now out of warranty. The new owner has blown me off for a week and now says he’ll give me 1000 off on the 4500 needed to fix it. I would rec... read more
Couldn’t be happier with Capstone. We had a deep 1960s era pool in need of modernizing. Capstone’s price was competitive, they were responsive, kept their promises, and delivered a fantastic product. I would recommend them to anyone.
It's taken me a year to sit down and write this review. The year before I hired Capstone, (winter of 2022) I had 4 different companies out to give me a quote to do a complete refurbishment of my pool. One company provided a quote and it was way more than my budget. The other 3 never gave me a quote. I figured I would never be able to afford to re-do my pool and thought I might have to just fill it in. But the following year, Jan 2023, I tried again.
