I am so disappointed with this doctor's office is office 1st there in Murfreesboro then they move to Smyrna nor no now they change their name and are all the way in Nashville and I'm simply calling is it calling to get a note sent to my daughter's school explaining that they have seen her for stomach problems. The receptionist tells me that 1st the doctor needs to see her before they can do anything I try tried explaining to this lady that she's been seen and this is an old issue.
