Have been trying to call to schedule my children appointment but phone number no longer works. Now looking at the reviews and see that this has been an issue for years. Have been wanting to change pediatric Dr every since I came back to TN and went to Capstone. Just didn’t know of any other Dr office in area.
every number you call gives you a call center. Finally got someone on the phone after making calls for over 30 minutes to be informed they have moved again to another location and the last two doctors that saw my child is no longer there. That is saying something really horrible about capstone. We will be finding another pediatric office. Please do not give them another dime. They should be shut down.
Horrible staffing the employees are rude and thoughtless. Never once have we been seen anywhere near are appointment time..., BE PREPARED TO WAIT A LONG TIME!!!
