The doctors are great! They never over book appointments so there's usually no long wait times.
This place is a complete mess. Stay far away. The staff does not know what's going on. They say pediatric and family care. They took me on as a adult patient. Called 4 months later and told me they dont see adults. What ? The nurse didn't know what she was talking about and when I asked for answers she hung up on me .
Staff is rude! They don't anwer their phones! Doctors are great! But the staff........ will be going somewhere else after 14 yrs what a shame
They never return calls and I have been requesting my children's medical record for MONTHS. Their billing is erratically inconsistent for the same services, which is part of the reason I tried pulling our records from them months ago. If negative-star ratings were available they would earn them.
This office is very unprofessional. I'm trying to get my sons medical records. They don't return your call when you leave a message. I've tried again today starting at 8:30 and have tried six different times and no one answers the phones. The doctors are great but the office staff needs to be trained in how to work in an office. I'm going to a new doctor for two reasons. The first one is they left Brentwood and moved the offices to Nashville. The other reason is the office staff.
