I’m so irritated. I can’t get ahold of anyone for my sons medications that he needs nor can I get my children’s medical records. I’ve called for WEEKS. We loved dr Griffith and were hopeful my children could continue seeing him throughout their childhood but I guess that’s not going to happen. this is seriously sad.
HOW ARE THEY EVEN LICENSED AND STAYING OPEN?!?! Worst. Place. Ever.
They change your pcp at almost every visit. I never see my sons so called pcp anytime I take my son for his checkups. I never see an actual pediatrician just an NP. The staff is different everytime you go in there. Just got a call tonight stating they closed the lebanon location but when i was there like 2 weeks ago because my son had the flu, no one mentioned that the location was closing.
The staff, especially Lisa and Holly, are the rudest people ever. I have been requesting medical recoerd for over 6 months and there is always a reason why I have not received them. The staff is a joke!!!!
I do not recommend Capstone Pediatrics
Capstone Pediatrics in Clarksville Tennessee is garbage the office the receptionist the doctors the nurse practitioners everybody in their office is trash they can't give out in his ations they can't even see your child when they're extremely sick so what I'm doing is finding a new pediatrician today
