The Cockrell location lacks tremendously in quality patient care, follow-up with patients' calls, competency, and health care professionalism. This location neglects patients in pain and does not hold their staff accountable in delivering services. My husband has been without this pain medication for four (4) calendar days and has missed two (2) work days due to unnecessary run-arounds with office staff and the "doctor" on staff.
