Worked thier for maybe around 4 months in Blending. It's a dirty job that can be at times hard labor pending on what job you do. Many people feel unappreciated for thier work and in some cases sacrifices they make for the company. I quit for a number of reasons combined. 1. The job is dirty, can even stain your skin & cloths. 2. It can be hard labor 3. Pay is not enough to provide a family ($20hr). 4. Company is known to have employees work over 7 days in a row. Bosses don't know what they're doing half the time. There is obvious favoritism most of the time you're not even doing your job you're either cleaning or someplace else. I would not recommend working here
Capstone is a cool place to work just can’t take everything personal Cynthia and cola those girls are the coolest just stay positive don’t worry about the negative 40 years of production work I know what I’m talking about
