I was Employed with Capstone Nutrition for almost two years. It's a horrible place to work. They have horrible management skills. There machines are constantly breaking down and they have inexperienced maintenance people working on them and they don't know how to fix them causing machines to be down for hours on end. Job is a joke ridiculous people working here hiring multiple temps and have no work picking and choosing for who they want to stay here place been the same for years managers walk around all day doing nothing I’ll never be working here again

I got hired in December through Elwood staffing, and I worked there until February of the next year during my time. I found out that you had to be a self-starter. Cause no one else would teach you how to do the work.Then. After a while, I started to notice it. Some people would talk lies on people, one lady. Yo vi como arrastraban el producto a re capturar por el piso y los disecante que caían al piso los recogían y los volvían a usar esto lo vi en la línea de producción del AG1, lo reporte a la team captain y me dio una moneda de 5 dollar de uso interno y que me callara y no dijera nada. Así funcionan las cosas en esa empresas. Se cometen muchos errores en la produccion, los palet siempre están sucio de otros polvo y así ingresan a los cuarto de las líneas de producción…
