Worst experience of my life. I delt with Chris Smith. She's the owner. I know this because she tells you over and over how important she is and how many businesses she has. Obviously this leaves very litlle time to handle your mortgage correctly so expect many mistakes. I found three major ones and because most mortgage info is difficult to understand I'm sure I didn't catch everything.
