Best doctor I have ever had. Dr Gibson is never in a hurry and always takes the time needed to explain all parts of the treatment plan. He takes his patients input and cares for you like you are part of his family. Could not recommend anyone any more than Dr Gibson!
I have mixed feelings about this group. The care from the PA has been great but you have to go through the gatekeepers to get that care and unfortunately, that's where I have issues. I was prescribed an x-ray on my back in November and didn't get information about the results from the nurse until today (February 22, 2019). I called multiple times but didn't get a response until I lodged a complaint. I've been coming to Capstone Medical since I moved to Atlanta in 2007. Dr. Watkins, Dr. Luster and their team are amazing!! Worst experience at a doctor's office, I drive all the way to the office. I called to informed I was running late. Get to the clinic and they going to ask if I would like to reschedule because the assistant nurse practitioner is running late and hasn't even seen the 3 o clock appointment and mines was at 3:30 but it is 4:20. I tell the nurse tech I am afraid of needles and I was asking for the other that had done it the previous time and she felt offended and even after I agree scared and all she refused to do it.
