The worst A one day wonder. Took a course and became an inspector. Doesn’t know code or law Stay away.
I would give zero stars if I could. Capstone inspected my house in 2016 and in late 2017 we decided to sell. The buyer's inspector has since found a rotted main beam under the crawl space, mold in the crawl space and attic, a weak septic system and numerous other things that Capstone never found. Horrible inspectors.
Didn't end up having the inspection done due to changed terms with the seller, but Rick was timely, great communication and I will highly recommend him to my friends when they're buying.
Rick Robinson did a fantastic job inspecting our potentially new home. He checked everything there was to check, including little things we had requested to give us peace of mind. He emailed us a very detailed report, answered all of our questions with easy to understand explanations and supplied us with solutions and contractors that were reasonable and personable! Kudos to Rick Robinson and Capstone Home Inspections! We are very impressed with the service and we highly recommend them!!
