I have always been fairly treated and never hassled. I have received regular increases in my credit. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. If anyone has had bad experiences there, I would guess it to be because they haven't paid on time or the amount owed. My only negative is the high interest rates.
I recieved a threatening letter from them and I am on Social Security. They threatened to sue me, imagine that so now it goes to FTC
SCAM SCAM SCAM . These people tell you a day you have a payment . Then you go pay it and guess what . You were suppose to have been here yesterday . And charge you a crazt finance charge . Beware you have been warned . The woman are nice when you show up but when you have a dispute there true colors come out . I understand they only make 7 bucks an hour but its your job . Only gave a star cause I had to .
