I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Stanley. He came across as rushed, impatient, and a bit aggressive, which made it hard for me to ask questions or feel comfortable during my visit. I left feeling emotional and frustrated, like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Rude experience purchasing glasses here today. Awkward atmosphere.
The folks at the front desk were friendly and professional. Dr Stanley is knowledgeable and worked with me to find a prescription that worked for my eyes. I felt a bit rushed by him and when I had difficulty verbalizing my concerns for my vision, he seemed a bit frustrated with my pace of speech. My disability causes me to process and explain things slowly, and I was frustrated I wasn't able to fully explain myself because he honed in on one subject before I had finished. Dr. Flannigan is my favorite eye doctor I’ve seen to date. He is knowledgeable, kind and happy to answer any questions I had during my visit. Huge selection of frames in the optical department.
