Rude experience purchasing glasses here today. Awkward atmosphere.
The folks at the front desk were friendly and professional. Dr Stanley is knowledgeable and worked with me to find a prescription that worked for my eyes. I felt a bit rushed by him and when I had difficulty verbalizing my concerns for my vision, he seemed a bit frustrated with my pace of speech. My disability causes me to process and explain things slowly, and I was frustrated I wasn't able to fully explain myself because he honed in on one subject before I had finished. Dr. Flannigan is my favorite eye doctor I’ve seen to date. He is knowledgeable, kind and happy to answer any questions I had during my visit. Huge selection of frames in the optical department.
Went in for my annual exam today. The Doctor is very nice, he really explained things to me. The front desk was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my exam and look forward to picking up my new glasses!
