Fabulous service, even was seen early, desk service, technician, and doctor all extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Exam was quick without quality being compromised.
Another stellar visit at Pearle Vision 4th Street. The tech, Michelle, is amazing. She explained every step and was equally efficient as she was compassionate and caring.
I strongly advise not using this place. I have been overcharged for multiple years for eye exams and contact lenses, and every time I raised the issue, staff blamed my insurance instead of addressing the real problem. The billing is misleading, the customer service dismissive, and the entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and stress — go somewhere you can actually trust.
