A very professional leasing company that is well managed and I want to express my gratitude when they acted very fairly and in an unbiased manner when faced with a situation that could have easily screwed me over. So I have a lot of confidence in Capstone knowing they're both ethically and fairly managed, especially since I've dealt with other leasing companies that are underhanded. I never had to worry about that with Capstone, I always felt I was in good hands and I would not hesitate to give them my business again.
I enjoyed my time. location is the key. Grocery store is walking distance, there is a bus that stop in front of the apartaments coming from Newark penn state. It's also located across a police station, which gives a sense of security. They also have a security car making rounds. It's generally quite, hadn't issue with noise. Property is well maintained.
