Rented with Capstone for almost 3 years and had zero issues! They were also very helpful during my move out process, I have zero complaints. Can’t tell recommend them enough!

Neutral review for Capstone. I had no dealings with them at all. I was upset that their share listings came up as one bedroom apartments on Apartments.com The manager called me. Very polite, humble, honest. He explained that the APP had not yet been updated for shares and they have contacted Apartments.com many times to address this. I do not like this share nonsense. They shouldn’t advertise 1 bedrooms or studios when it’s a share. Wasted a lot of my time!
They have convenient locations for Rutgers and NJIT students.
