It’s very sad to post this negative feedback after been a loyal commercial account hold for nearly 4 years. Now I realize they were ripping me off on the price. Today I made a call to 2 other places b4 call them and I was shocked on each item they mark up $35+3 percent if u pay by card. Then I spoke to manager she’s nice person but when I told her the story she started giving me all kind of sales stories like better quality etc…. And this is second issue within same month. Mrs. Francis, the owner, runs the business with a mindset that every customer is trying to cheat her. There’s zero flexibility, no understanding, and no real customer service to speak of. Everything is strictly about the money — not about helping customers or building trust. Her motto seems to be “it’s all about me, not us.”
