You made a mistake when you wrote about me and a girl letting out animals from the neighbors and let me tell you how. First of all if you are talking about the turkeys getting out of the neighbors yard it is because they are always available to do that you see they aren’t in a cage or anything they are just out free. And if you are talking about the baby pig getting out it is because there is a wooden gate where he stays and one of the gaps in the gate is big enough for him to fit through. We've lived here for the past year and haven't had any major issues. Its a beautiful, spacious apartment complex in the nicest area of Atchison. Service requests were answered promptly, some neighbors were a little noisy through the thin walls, but not bad. Sometimes golf balls can fly over from the nearby country club and one dented my car, but not badly.
