Our experience with Capstone Advisors has been disappointing. Communication was often slow, and we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. The professionalism we expected was lacking, and the overall process left us frustrated. Unfortunately, the trust we hoped to build never developed, and we would not recommend their services based on our experience.

Capstone took over The Beachwalk shopping center six months after we signed our lease. They helped make our project a reality and have done many things to improve the center. The tenant landlord relationship is very face to face and the support from their team is prompt and responsive. We are happy and proud to be in a partnership with Capstone as they do things the right way!
