I definitely don't recommend using capstone the receptionist lied to you about insurance information and your health that is extremely unprofessional. I tried to do my exam online I was told I had to come into capstone in-person to do the exam.because of insurance reasons "I said that's fine can I get my insurances number" She asked me why when I explained because I want to confirm with them that I have to come in person. she then said whe dont have your insurance on file and they psychiatrist wants to see you in person... You need to find a way to let your clients know when appointments are. I have now had appointments rescheduled twice because of this company and the representatives are rude and unwilling to assist. Find a new place to go if you can.
