Capsim and CompXM is absolutely useless. The premise of this simulation is flawed because the simulation assumes there is only ONE way to do business: a high-stakes, high-leverage Silicon-Valley strategy. For example, when I did the CompXM, I failed. You know why? Because I pursued a low-leverage, safe, steady growth strategy with a focus on niche markets. RecommendedI learned so much about Finance and Accounting from Capsim that I never would have learned without working at an actual company making all the strategic decisions. Global DNA is designed so beautifully compare to the other Capsim products to be honest, I hope they keep updating their simulations because is a sure hit. More videos should be used to help students learn the material. It also needs to be better geared to help various different strengths. It feels very Accounting/Finance driven and I know for a fact that I will not be able to use much of this in my future.
Needs better tutorials, and the website is difficult to use and navigate. Only lazy professors use this simulation, so don't expect to learn anything from this experience. A huge waste of my time, and a permanent distaste for this company for enabling professors to be useless and lazy. All while I have to pay tuition, and for this simulation to learn absolutely nothing.
Capsim is a challenging simulation that builds every round. I wish I could start all over again. I am due to make a profit in round seven.
Using this simulator right now and I do not understand how does it work. The guide is vague and is not much help. I wish there were a video that could explain better how to use the simulator.

Participated in a Capstone Capsim simulation and loved it!!! Initially I hate it....but after I figured it all out, I rocked it! It was a fantastic simulation that combines the last 18 months of my MBA classes. #highlyrecommend
