This is the 2nd time in a row we have been to caps when not one server acknowledged us. We had to flag someone down after a pretty lengthy amount of time just to get someone’s attention to get our drink order in. For the price they are charging the servers should be more attentive. Once we flagged someone down, no apologies, just a very abrupt taking of our drink order. I really do like the food, and atmosphere but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
