Caprock is a horrible agency, they have no communication and take forever to find a caregiver. After my Tias caregiver came we could tell something was off about her, she was 2 hours late both days she worked here. We went to run some errands while we were gone she was nodding off and suggested my Tia to do meth to manage her pain. After we told the lady to leave we reported it to Caprock and they did not fire her they just placed her in another home.
