Bought a car back in Dec 2021, immediately out of the office from signing paperwork the check engine light came on. They were prompt to take care of it but this was the last pleasant experience I had with them. Because of the pandemic, life has been a struggle with work and being off with no Covid pay. I have to move back to Louisiana and voluntarily surrender the vehicle. I called Caprock to notify them of my issue. I was threaten with the "IRS" and my tax return. Remind you when I first purchased the vehicle, it had quite a few issues that cause me to take it back to them 3 times. I was never late on my payment, even during hard times. Got forced to keep vehicles that spent more time in the shop than in our garage. Lisa with Cap rock credit told us if we gave them back the IRS would take all of our tax returns until we paid for our vehicles that we no longer have. So we stayed and kept two vehicles that cost us 2-3 times our monthly payments every other month because things were constantly breaking.
