Terrible everything with this company. Took 3 months to get to my home to “try” and fix my ice maker which was a recalled part and under warranty. I had to follow up with them on getting the part and coming out to my home, they cancelled two appts. on the day of, they sent someone very rude and unprofessional twice to install the part and the ice maker still did not work. Do not use this company. It was such a waste of time and very stressful for me. We found a company who got it done in 10 minutes the 1st time.
Chad called us a few days after our refrigerator was repaired for a follow up. We’re not used to receiving follow up calls, so we appreciated his attentiveness. Joe, our technician repaired our refrigerator quickly and efficiently.
