Driver cut me off in traffic, no concern for safety. Doubt that reflects on their business practices well. Noticed more bad driving from Capritta vehicle repeatedly.
I HAD JEFF CAME OUT TO MY HOME WHEN MY A/C WENT OUT. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY. THE TECH WAS ON TIME AND WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAD MY UNIT UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME NOW IT RUNS BETTER THAN EVER. THANK YOU SO MUCH
My Samsung dishwasher quit working. I was refered to Capritta Air because they are the certified Samsung repair company in this area. The tech came out, unscrewed the bottom panel and ran a cycle. It drained, it filled with water then clicking. He assumed it was the pump assembly. Closed unit and called back next day with a $289.00 repair proposal. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Capritta Appliance. The salesman was diligent in making sure I received the most bang for my buck. When I had the unit installed the gentleman went through how to care for my dishwasher. I am thankful I called Capritta Appliance. I will be recommending them in the future.
